Exam Results Helpline – 0808 100 8000
The Department for Education’s Exam Results Helpline will be opening again on 13 August to support A level and GCSE students who need help and advice when making decisions about their futures.
The helpline is run by 40 of the country’s most experienced careers advisers and has been a lifeline to thousands of students on results day over the past 30 years.
Advice
Careers advisers will be helping students with:
- skills, qualifications and subject choices
- re-sits and re-marks
- sixth form, college, university and other higher education / further education choices
gap years - moving away from home
- vocational learning routes including diplomas, apprenticeships and NVQs
- careers, employment and setting up in business
