Charges
General Fund - Bible, School Calendars, Annual School Magazine and
careers advice service £20.00 per term
Music Instrumental Tuition (optional) £16.00 per lesson
Hiring of musical instruments (optional) £40.00 per term
Combined Cadet Force £15.00 per term
Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme (optional) from £35.00 per level
Optional games - charges are notified at the time of joining
PTA £20.00 per family annually
Old Herefordian (OH) Club subscription £225.00 per child
School lunches years 7 to 11 (optional) £140.00 per term
Speech and Drama (optional) starting from £13.25 per lesson
Payment
An account for each pupil is prepared at the end of each term. In addition to the tuition fees, there are additional charges for public examinations. A small number of additional charges (for school trips, etc) may also appear on the account. Tuition fees are payable termly in advance; charges are recovered in arrears. Accounts are due for payment no later than the first day of term after issue.
Insurance
Insurance cover for accidents is provided for all pupils at an additional cost of £4.00 per term. A claim for a refund of fees for a period of absence is not covered by this scheme. A Fee Refund Insurance Scheme is available. Full details may be obtained from the Bursar's Secretary.
