Departing Sixth Form students at Hereford Cathedral School, enjoyed a Leavers’ Day to remember (May 20) by celebrating their success in the school gardens.
Following a Leavers’ chapel in Hereford Cathedral, and BBQ with bouncy castle, the Year 13 Leavers’ attended their annual Comedy Prize Giving, hosted by the Head of Sixth Form, Mr James Terry.
Joined by school staff and the Old Herefordians’ Club, the hour long nostalgic ceremony saw a list of prizes and comic awards including, ‘the most likely to go to prison,’ ‘the biggest nerd,’ ‘the best couple,’ and many more. All where received in good humour and raised many a smile and laugh along the way.
James Terry, Hereford Cathedral School’s Head of Sixth Form said:
“It was a wonderful event, enjoyed by all in attendance. It has been a privilege to work with this group of students and I am sure they will all leave the school today with fantastic memories that will last a life time.”
