On Saturday 6th March Michael Poolton, representing HCS, became U16 U73kg Independent Schools Champion winning all his fights by Ippon. Chris Poolton, also representing HCS, became silver medallist narrowly losing to the National Champion in the last 20 secs of the final by the lowest scoring throw. Chris was fighting U14 so was fighting boys still a year older.
