‘Building a future’

building-a-future-webFor many, your Sixth Form years will be the 'best years' of your secondary education.  They certainly will represent some of your most important years, forming a pivotal point in your future education and career.

To bring out the best in our students, we capitalise on each individual's strengths, providing them with an opportunity to develop their own skills and interests, while taking the due time and care to identify those specific weakness that need support and attention.  None of this is easy, but we pride ourselves on our expertise and commitment, dedicating ourselves to the benefit of our students.

It is with great pride, that I can say that annually, around 90% of our students go on to their first choice university, leaving the Cathedral School and moving on to fulfil their aspirations and goals.

I look forward to welcoming you to the Sixth Form in the near future.

Mr James Terry

Head of Sixth Form
