HCS launches shoebox appeal for Romanian children

Hereford Cathedral School is again launching its Christmas shoebox appeal, in partnership with Hope Carriers Trust.
Pupils are invited to fill a shoebox with Christmas treats to send to children in Romania via the Hereford-based charity.
Suggested items for the shoeboxes are toys, colouring books, paper, crayons, pens and pencils, sweets, chocolate, toiletries, hats and scarves, gloves, and any gift items. Please wrap the lid and box separately.
Please label your shoeboxes with boy/girl and age range and bring your donations in to Mrs Lavender on Monday 13 November. Any monetary donations should be in the form of a cheque made payable to “Hope Carriers Trust”. Hope Carriers Trust also delivers kitchen equipment (plates, cups and cutlery), food and drink and unwanted clothes and shoes. Please bring these items along separately.
