Hereford Cathedral School Sixth Form pupil Henry M has been shortlisted for a major art prize for a unique piece of artwork using old shotgun cartridges.

Henry’s piece, called ‘Game Study – shotgun cartridges’, was produced for his AS-Level Art course. It has now been shortlisted for the Education Art Prize run annually by Specialist Crafts Ltd.

Henry will now attend the Finalists Workshop, which will be held by world renowned British mosaic artist Cleo Mussi. Cleo trained at the prestigious Goldsmiths College in London and exhibits her stunning and unusual pieces of mosaic art all around the UK.
