RAF Chinook's surprise landing for HCS Cadets

Residents living close to Hereford Cathedral School could not have failed to notice that an RAF Chinook landed at the Territorial Army Centre on Harold Street last night.
HCS CCF Cadets were present for the surprise visit, and saw the 33,000lb land and take off. The Cadets also had a tour of the aircraft's cockpit.
A crowd gathered on Harold Street for over an hour to watch the Chinook take off. The force of the take-off was so great that it set off several car alarms nearby.
