Pupils in years 3 and 4 from Hereford Cathedral School enjoyed a fascinating day of discovery last week during a visit to We The Curious, Bristol’s renowned science and arts centre.
The children explored more than 200 interactive exhibits designed to spark curiosity and encourage hands-on learning across a range of topics, including space, the human body, and the natural world.
One of the highlights of the day was a visit to the UK’s only 3D planetarium, where pupils were taken on a virtual journey through the stars and galaxies, deepening their understanding of the universe.
The trip was a valuable opportunity to bring science to life outside the classroom and to fuel pupils’ natural curiosity through real-world experiences.
