Fee Assistance

A limited number of transformational bursaries are available each year to provide full financial support to families who would not otherwise be able to support their child's education at the School. We also offer partial fee assistance on a sliding scale according to the results of our means test.

All bursary awards and assisted places are subject to an independent parental means test, which takes into account savings, investments and realisable assets as well as income. Support is available to pupils in Year 7 and above who are likely to gain the most from an education at Hereford Cathedral School and who will contribute fully to school life.

Awards are made from a limited fund and therefore not all applications made will be successful.

If you have any questions or require any further information about available bursaries at the School please call Claire Jones, Bursar’s PA, on 01432 363544.

Transformational Bursaries and Fee Assistance

Bursaries and fee assistance are awarded primarily to pupils joining the School at age 11, 13 & 16 although depending on the availability of funds, they may be awarded to pupils entering the School at other ages.

Further information regarding transformational bursaries and fee assistance is available here.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you require fees assistance. Awards are made from a limited fund and therefore not all applications made will be successful.
